Membership Terms & Conditions

Billing: All membership payments are direct debited weekly via Stripe on behalf of Fitbox. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account, or you will be charged a late penalty of $6 by Stripe, and your membership may be suspended until payment is successful.

Membership Holds: CrossFit Salt Strength offers 2 “membership holds” per calendar year, for a minimum of 2 weeks per hold. Holds must be requested with no less than 14 days notice before the hold start date. All membership hold requests MUST be submitted in writing; just complete and submit the form below.

Membership Cancellation: Please note the following terms & conditions and understand that these are not flexible:

  1. Memberships may be cancelled at any time with no less than 14 days notice before your next scheduled membership billing date.

  2. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

  3. All membership cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing; just complete and submit the form below:
