Classes
Our CrossFit classes will rapidly progress your strength and fitness levels. Every exercise can be scaled to suit all abilities. You’ll never be bored at the gym again!

Open Gym
Are you self motivated and can’t make the class times? Book into Open Gym and train yourself. You can choose from the Daily Class Program, Build Program or the Cardio Club Program.

Recovery
Book in to use the Far Infrared Sauna after a class or jump into the Ice Bath to soothe those sore muscles. There are also rollers, balls and bands available to help aid your recovery too.
